Modular Design
Rotajet swarf washing lines are fully modular but are typically comprised of 5 stages:
- Feed Hopper
- Wash Station
- Rinse Station
- Drying Station
- Bagging off station
The modular nature of this setup allows for the wash line to be fit in numerous configurations, as to accommodate floor space requirements, as well as being able to be bought separately if a client wish to add or improve a particle step in their own line. The line can also be fitted with additional features such as water recirculation, to improve efficiency, or a pre-washer for companies that have to deal with higher levels of contamination.
