How the D-series Works

  • Load

    Components are placed in a wheeled workbasket or jigging fixture and rolled into the cabinet on alignment rails.

  • Wash

    A high-volume jet spray of hot detergent or solvent cleans all surfaces using direct and ricochet impingement.

  • Rinse

    The second stage flushes away residues with clean solvent or inhibited water.

  • Dry

    An integrated extraction fan assists steam removal for quick, flash drying.
