How the Rotajet Pre-Washer Works
1. Submersion Cleaning (Deep Penetration Wash)
Turnings are fully submerged in a heated, eco-friendly detergent bath. This allows the solution to penetrate deep into spirals and ridges, lifting oils, coolants and embedded contaminants from internal surfaces.
2. Impingement Wash (High-Pressure Surface Cleaning)
3. Back-Flow Flushing (Final Internal Rinse)
As the spray liquid flows down the screw, it creates a constant back-flow stream. This delivers a final internal flush, ensuring every surface of the swarf is thoroughly washed before leaving the machine.
