The Operation of our Front-Loading Spray Washers
Simple Loading and Unloading Simply place your dirty components into the wheeled basket and slide it into the machine for easy loading and unloading.
Powerful Cleaning Action High-pressure reciprocating spray arms create direct and indirect impingement of the cleaning solution, ensuring complete coverage and thorough cleaning.
Efficient Filtration and Recirculation The cleaning solution is recirculated through a perforated metal filter basket, powered by a pneumatically actuated shed plate. Filters are easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.
Automated Drying Process After the wash and rinse cycles, the extraction fan automatically activates to efficiently remove steam and ensure thorough drying.
